Solent Mortgage Services is now able to accept and process mortgage business electronically
with its panel of lenders via the Mortgage Trading Exchange (mte) and Trigold.
By establishing a partnership arrangement with both the Mortgage Trading Exchange
and Trigold, Solent Mortgage Services can now offer its intermediaries a faster
and more efficient mortgage application process. The electronic completion and submission
of full applications will enable a single pass “Right first time” process and eliminate
any chance of incomplete forms being submitted. Our generic application form has
been created to enable intermediaries to benefit from being able to place mortgage
business in a similar way and from one place.
Intermediaries can now enjoy the many benefits that electronic trading brings. The
ability to trade electronically with many lenders from one place, and using one
application form, is a huge advantage to the industry.
