Secured Loans Procedure
We understand how important your business is and value every enquiry you submit to us. Our procedure is very simple.

If your customer is present an application from can be completed and faxed to us. Alternatively 1) Fill in our decision in principle form with your client over the telephone, sign to confirm you have explained the data protection act to the client, and then fax to us on the number given. 2) complete our dip form on 'Porthole' where it will be automatically emailed to us.

Once the application has been credit searched and assessed we will contact you with a decision in principle. If acceptable we can then issue your clients (proposed) agreement to them the same day.

The Consumer Credit Act requires all applications to be given a cooling off period of up to 16 days in which time the customer must not be contacted in any way, although the customer may contact you.
