Along side the Debt Management Presentations and Training, SMS are also running Treating Customers Fairly Workshops. There workshops are aimed to help small firms to meet the consumer outcomes and reporting requirements expected of them by the FSA. We will be discussing what you are supposed to have in place now, together with that is expected by the second deadline of December 2008.
